1 - Vision : From Ideation to Industrialization
Building on the growing maturity of the Moroccan gaming industry ecosystem, inwi in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication (MJCC), is launching a challenge dedicated to gaming startups to co-create high value-added solutions.
The objective is to transition from a conceptual competition to an industrial incubation phase, enabling the delivery of a concrete Proof of Concept (POC) that can be directly integrated into inwi’s digital platforms.
2 - Theme : Gamification of Digital Services
The challenge will focus on designing gameplay mechanics (mini-games, community challenges, engagement systems) with a progressive deployment strategy:
- Priority Axis: The win by inwi app, to capture the “digital natives” segment.
- Expansion for a 2nd edition (if priority axis is successful): The My inwi Super App, to enrich the overall customer experience.
3 - Framework and Support: inwi and MJCC
To ensure the technical and commercial viability of the projects, inwi and MJCC are committed to a comprehensive support program:
- Co-design Workshops : Immersion with inwi’s business and transformation teams to align solutions with real market needs.
- Demonstration at Morocco Gaming Expo 2026 : Presentation of functional prototypes (POCs) alongside the event.
- Direct Investment: A grant of 100,000 MAD will be awarded by inwi to the winning startup to finalize and launch the industrial integration of the project.
- Participation in Gamescom : Attendance at Europe’s leading gaming industry trade fair.
